Bob Howard185 days agoJust like to share our experience with EPM pest control. We made the mistake of taking the easy path by utilising the services of another pest control provider after moving into a new house in Springfield lakes. (Note- we were using EPM in our previous home.) It was only by accident that we found we had a termite infestation in 1 x wall of which the other provider failed to identify. We then sourced the services of EPM for we knew that they provided honest quality services. We contacted EPM and were greeted with friendly professional assistance. There was no delay in there response and the technician did his assessment and quickly got to work in treating the effected area. He gave us a very comprehensive report and quote for doing the barrier treatment. We agreed with the quote, which was very reasonable. A week or so later, Ethan and a couple of other techs arrived exactly when they said they would. Within a few hours the job was done and we now have peace of mind, stemming from professional sound advice from Ethan. You can’t even tell where they drilled the holes. We will absolutely continue to utilise the services of EPM from now on.+0Posted on Google
Josie Huang261 days agoWe discovered a live termite nest during our fence replacement works and were extremely stressed and worried. We contacted EPM, and they arrived on site very quickly to help manage the situation. The whole team was professional and efficient, and we were especially grateful to Blake. He was very patient and thorough with the inspection, and took the time to clearly explain the termite treatment process and options. His explanations really helped reduce our anxiety and gave us confidence in how to proceed. Thanks to their prompt support and clear guidance, our construction work was able to continue smoothly. We’re very happy with the outcome and truly appreciate the excellent service provided by the team.+1Posted on Google

Johnny Kang10 days agoI found termite activity in my main bedroom door frame on Sunday and contacted Eddy the same day. The team came out the next day and completed the termite treatment and barrier. The inspection and treatment reports were provided in full after the job was completed. After 2 days of the treatment, I noticed termite activity had vanished. Peter revisited three weeks later and confirmed that there was still no termite activity. The cost isn’t the cheapest in town, but the team was professional, friendly, and clearly knew what they were doing. Most importantly, the termite problem has been resolved so far. Overall, I’m happy with the service and think it’s worth the price. I will continue using their service and recommending their services to friends and family, for sure.Posted on Google

Elena Bendal14 days agoI give EMP a five star rating. Before Mr. Peter started the job, he clearly explained the work that he would be doing and what I should expect. He was diligent, professional, reassuring throughout the process. He carefully explained every product he applied in my home and address all concern. He meticulously sprayed every inch of the indoor and outdoor areas, paying attention to detail and ensuring that no spot was missed. Great Job, Mr. Peter and EMP! Thank for your excellent service.Posted on Google
